Overview: A-dec seeks to prepare and create workforce-ready technicians through theoretical concepts, hands-on projects, and on-the-job mentorship. Concepts Apply and/or expand the student's knowledge of LEAN manufacturing basics by reducing the cycle time of processes and increasing flexibility, thereby improving the overall quality of the work. Duties and Responsibilities: Skill Development: Adhere to safety guidelines, proactively identify potential safety hazards and initiate corrective action when necessary, maintain acceptable dependability level, and must not pose a risk to self or others. Develop and improve skills in communication, technology, quantitative reasoning, and teamwork.
