Description Job Summary: Provides a wide range of support to Deposit Operations Manager and all other Bank departments. This position is responsible for monitoring and processing all items related to the Deposit Operations of the Bank. Requirements: Primary Responsibilities and Duties: - Process domestic (Fedwire) and international (SWIFT) wire transfers accurately and within established deadlines. - Verify and validate wire instructions to ensure compliance with internal controls, OFAC regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines. - Manage high volume phone calls with clients and verifying confidential information. - Monitor wire queues for exceptions, errors, or delays and escalate as necessary. - Resolve discrepancies and provide support to branch staff and clients regarding wire transactions. - Maintain detailed records of all wire transactions and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes. - Perform daily reconciliations and support end-of-day balancing procedures. - Assist in the implementation and testing of new wire transfer systems or updates. - Stay current on changes in payment regulations and industry standards (e.g., NACHA, SWIFT, Fedwire)....
