Head of Health & Safety (m/f/d): As per agreement | Workload: 100% | Location: Rheinfelden | Supply Chain What you will move: - Strategically establish and further develop a compelling “Zero-Accidents” culture throughout the organization. - Lead and develop the capabilities of the H&S team and act as a trusted member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team. - Advise and support line managers on occupational safety and health matters and drive cross-site alignment of safety programs and practices. - Proactively conduct risk analyses and mitigate risks end-to-end along the value chain, ensuring sustainable and practical solutions. - Maintain a strong on-site presence through safety inspections, coaching and dialogue to actively strengthen the safety culture - Developing and implementing local plans in support of regional and global EHS initiatives - Actively engage with international stakeholders within the Carlsberg Group and drive Health & Safety change initiatives.
