Summary of Responsibility: As a Field Service Technician you will be handling the repair and maintenance of Tsugami machine tool equipment, controls and other related components purchased by our customers. This position works on site at our various customer facilities in New England, to provide the highest level of quality and customer service satisfaction. What You Will Contribute: Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all machine tool equipment and controls for customer organizations. Identify areas for performance improvement on equipment; perform and promote preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment.
