This role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of end-to-end Human Resources services across our new state-of-the-art Torbanlea facility, and our established Maryborough Service Delivery Centre, with a strong focus on supporting site operational teams through effective HR leadership. The position will manage and develop a People & Culture Business Partner and work closely with the broader People & Culture function to drive consistent, high-quality people practices. You will play a key role in partnering with operational leaders, contributing to workforce planning, employee relations, and the implementation of HR strategies aligned to business objectives.
