Why This Role Exists: Roger's AI platform sits at the center of how clinicians and admin staff document care. The product decisions we make directly impact whether a nurse gets home in time for dinner or spends another hour on paperwork. We need a Product Manager who feels the weight of that and is energized by it. This isn't a "write tickets and attend standups" role. You'll be deeply embedded with clinicians, agency operators, and our engineering team to identify the problems worth solving and ship solutions that make a real operational impact. This is a founding product hire with real ownership over product direction and the opportunity to shape how product is done at Roger as we scale.
