Sales Associates : Assist customers, organize products, and manage transactions. Product Specialists : Focus on the buying and selling process, helping customers with trade-ins and ensuring quality standards. Skills and Qualities Kid to Kid Looks For Availability: Must be able to work at lease 15 hours a week, applicants must be able to work weekends, fast pace is a must and to be on you feet throughout the day and lift at lease 20 lbs. Customer Service : Since it's a retail environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers effectively are essential. Organization : Being able to manage inventory, organize products, and maintain a clean store is a key part of most roles.
