Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis. FLSA Status: Exempt: Job Role Summary The Operations Supervisor, Patient Access Services is responsible for the daily operational, financial, clerical, and patient services necessary to maintain efficient flow of assigned service areas. The Operations Supervisor oversees staffing in accordance with fluctuating workload and departmental requirements. The Operations Supervisor performs duties independently and demonstrates sound judgment and initiative in handling a variety of management issues.
