IT Trainer Wedlake Bell is recruiting for an IT Trainer to join our IT team. This is a full-time (part-time considered), permanent role. Our IT team plays a crucial role in shaping the firm's technology-driven approach to efficient operations and excellent client service. Working closely with colleagues across all practice areas and business services teams, the function is central to driving efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement across the firm. As IT Trainer, you will play a key role in enabling our people to get the most out of our systems and technology. You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of IT training, from new joiner inductions to ongoing development sessions, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the firm to identify training needs, support the rollout of new technologies, and contribute to improving how we adopt and use IT. We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer, ideally with a background in a law firm or professional services environment.
