OVERVIEW: DICK'S Sporting Goods is looking for an experienced HR business partner to provide support to our distribution center located in Conklin, NY. This will be a full time (Monday- Friday) onsite role at the DC. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Associate Relations: Coach management team to ensure all associates exhibit proper behaviors. Investigate employee complaints, resolve associate conflicts and advise management as needed on appropriate disciplinary actions. Conduct associate feedback meetings as needed to address issues and provide feedback needed when issues are identified.
