About the team The Branch Network prides itself with being the brand representative on the high street. Our 6 branches are advocates for providing a superior customer experience and to support our customers to achieve their savings goals. What you will be doing?: As Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service whilst completing various banking transactions in our Canterbury Branch . Your responsibilities will include: The hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, plus a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am – 12.30pm. Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked. The role involves interacting and supporting a varied cohort of customers and problem solving.
