Overview Vanguard is seeking a seasoned, enterprise‑minded sales leader to join our Broker Dealer Field Sales organization as Senior Manager, Broker Dealer Field Sales – Northeast Wirehouses . This is a high‑impact divisional leadership role with responsibility for setting strategy, driving growth and client loyalty, and leading a team of senior Market Directors across a multi-line product set. The Northeast Wirehouses division covers key territories across New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine . In this role, you will lead a highly experienced team that partners with advisors at the largest wirehouse firms— Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Wells Fargo . You will also work closely with local and regional leadership at these firms, aligning Vanguard’s objectives with their strategic priorities where shared opportunities exist.
