Job description

Summary: To clean and maintain public areas including restrooms, food and beverage outlets, the spa, associate break areas, hallways, lobbies, offices and other guest areas. Night Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 1. To clean the public space areas as outlined in the housekeeping manual and/or as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. 2. Clean and maintain public restrooms, windows, ash urns, sidewalks, food and beverage outlets, the spa, associate break areas, lobbies, hallways, offices and other guest areas. 3. Respond to guest request calls in a timely manner, during the shift. 4. Maintain an awareness of all safety procedures and guidelines as they relate to guests and associates. 5. Be knowledgeable of cleaning products and their proper uses with safety awareness. 6. Provide professional, friendly service to all guests. 7. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up and down inclines and stairs throughout the shift. 8. Be at least 21 years old and able to get a Missouri E or Arkansas P designated driver’s license. 9.
