About the Role: As an Investigations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the investigation of allegations of abuse, neglect, and other reportable incidents. You will work closely with leadership to gather evidence, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards—all while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.
