Your role The Project Coordinator provides essential support to ensure the successful execution of projects executed by the Operations department. In this role you will be a key collaborator in the PMO team, supporting Project Managers, internal stakeholders in coordinating project activities, documentation and overall project facilitation. What you’ll need: 2 + years of experience supporting projects - Basic financial understanding including assisting in budget setting, monitoring, and forecasting - Proficiency in the use of MS Productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Proficiency in the use of Monday.com is highly desirable - Basic knowledge of Data Centre environment is an advantageous but not essential - Collaborate with Project Managers and sub regional team to prepare and manage project schedules, documentation, status and reports across the local portfolio - Utilize available systems and technologies to maximize project management efficiency - Complete additional activities as assigned by management - Report identified issues and risks to the Program Manager and assist in mitigation preparation - Maintain project documents and ensure they are up to date and...
