Engineering Manager – Digital (CommBank App- Android/iOS) You’re driven to build brilliant, secure, resilient, always-on digital experiences that millions of customers depend on every day. You lead from the front; technically credible, product-minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity - while growing engineers and lifting the standards of those around you. This role is for a Tech Lead who also leads people , someone who owns outcomes end-to-end, operates with high leverage, and actively redefines how software is built in a modern, AI-enabled engineering environment.
