Classification Title: AST DIR, Career Services Classification Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience. Job Description: - Plans, and execute strategic initiatives that support university-wide strategic priorities to advance career design, experiential learning, and post-graduation student success. For example, the incumbent will partner with the Office of the University Registrar, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and UF Information Technology to guide the development, governance, and evolution of the UF Comprehensive Learner Record, the Gator Experience Record (GER). Work across the university ecosystem as the technology systems administrator to establish standards and structures for the collection, validation, elevation and integration of co-curricular and curricular experiential learning activities, ensuring the GER reflects a comprehensive representation of student engagement across the university.
