Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo). Major Responsibilities: - Greet customers by providing good customer service with a smile, friendly, enthusiastic; answer customers’ enquiries - Assist customers in selecting food products (Sushi, Rolls, Sashimi, Teriyaki and/or others) and provide recommendations - Control product (Sushi, Rolls, Sashimi, Teriyaki and/or others) quality, freshness, inventory level and wastage - Ensure product quality, food safety, freshness and ensure FIFO is strictly practiced within the department - Make, fry, cut, pack, weigh, label and prepare various food products for customers to select (such as Sushi, Rolls, Sashimi, Teriyaki and/or others), label them properly and display them in the display cases - Maintain workplace cleanliness by washing and maintain relevant work tools clean and well-kept, ensure workplace safety - Keep product display full, attractive and neat, timely replenish inventory i...
