In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and our digital service portals, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience at every step. What will you be doing?: Act as the primary link between customers, internal teams, Accounts Receivable (AR), and the KONE Business Services (KBS) Portal Team for all portal‑related matters. Communicate proactively and clearly with customers regrading portal requirements, updates and issue resolution.
