Description SUMMARY: Responsible for operating and monitoring the beverage can filling equipment in a production facility. This includes ensuring accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients, monitoring the filling process, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Works as part of a team to meet production goals while maintaining product quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate and monitor the beverage can filling equipment according to standard operating procedures. - Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure the proper formulation of beverages. - Set up the filling equipment, including adjusting filling levels, seals, and caps. - Monitor the filling process to ensure consistent and accurate filling of beverage cans. - Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met, including visual inspections and sample testing. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the filling area, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work surfaces. - Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues, such as jams or blockages, in a timely manner. - Record production data, including batch numbers, quantities filled, and any qu...
