Summary: The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the CCO, running the operating system of the customer-facing organization, supporting the sales team in new account conversations, and leading the cross-functional strategic initiatives that span Customer Success, Customer Operations, Sales, and Marketing. The Sr Manager, Commercial Operations does not own existing strategic accounts but partners with the sales team on new account conversations where senior commercial presence and deployment expertise add value. The role is accountable for the CCO's operating cadence, executive reporting, the successful delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives, and the quality of executive-grade deliverables produced on behalf of the CCO.
