Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland are recruiting a Static Electrical Engineer to join the team based at the Plymouth Community Diagnostic Centre. This role is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm . Making Possible: - Maintain the full, safe operational functionality and presentation of all electrical and mechanical services across the site. - Ensure checking, cleaning, servicing, maintenance, and record-keeping are consistently carried out in line with company standards, SFG20, NHS HTM’s, and all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements. - Maximise equipment safety, reliability, availability, and presentation. - Carry out repairs within the scope of training, competency, and authorisation. - Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and complete all associated documentation and reports accurately. - Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns, completing all relevant paperwork in a timely manner. - Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations. - Be part of an out of hours on call rota. - Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. - Carry...
