Position Summary TrueTimber Outdoors is a design, distribution, and sourcing company, with over 100 employees, located in Inman, SC. The company specializes in apparel, textiles, marine components, hydrographic film and outdoor recreational accessories. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Fabric and Apparel Design Assistant to join our team. In this role, your duties will include set up and managing filing systems, data entry, timely communication, while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled. Qualifications: - Filing and Organization: Assist multiple departments by filing and organizing fabrics, trims, and apparel samples. - Fabric Management: Set up and maintain an organized inventory of fabrics, ensuring easy access and accurate records. - Sample Tracking: Track and organize sample trims, fabrics, and apparel, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored. - Communication: Communicate with factories, licensees, and vendors as directed to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials. - Support Design Team: Provide support to the design team by preparing materials and samples for meetings and presentations. - Data Ent...
