Accountant Netherlands TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Jobholder understands end-of-end accounting processes of General Accounting, Asset Accounting, Management Accounting, Transactional Accounting and tax processes of Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax and Transfer Pricing - Incumbent is responsible for preparing and presentation of the financial statements, mandatory statistics and tax declarations of the subcluster countries in accordance with the respective international reporting standards and local legislation and requirements - The jobholder performs accounting and tax tasks, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts, month-end and year-end closing, preparing journal entries, tax declarations among others in accordance with Bayer and/or local standards in collaboration with the country finance team, capability pools and Global Business Services (GBS). - The incumbent performs country specific activities for tax processes such as tax documentation, Local tax posting and reposting, providing information to tax and treasury North Europe, tax auditors or other relevant stakeholders - He / She co-leads the external audit process and executes internal co...
