Description Title: Mental Health Clinician: Reports to: Director of Clinical Operations Job Objectives: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team delivering community-based services through New York State’s CORE, which stands for Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment, program. This role focuses on providing Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment, or CPST, a Medicaid-funded service designed to help individuals with behavioral health needs gain skills, improve functioning, and achieve greater independence within their communities. As a CPST provider, you will work with clients in a variety of settings, including their homes, community spaces, and our agency site, to offer flexible, person-centered care. This position is ideal for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is passionate about promoting recovery, reducing hospitalizations, and helping clients navigate life’s challenges with dignity and empowerment.
