The Senior Counsel will contribute to the overall success of the Legal Department in Canada ensuring specific goals are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. The incumbent is responsible for the provision and co-ordination of legal services and advice to the Bank and subsidiaries with respect to a range of Bank matters and specialized areas of law.
