Facility: Behavioral Health Center - Dayton 1st Street Department: Mental Health Outpatient Therapy Services Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Details: Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Mental Health, the Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for direct patient care as well as clinical and administrative support of the Dayton Children’s Mental Health Team at the Montgomery County Juvenile Court. Clinically, the supervisor provides behavioral health services including diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention as needed. Responsible for collaborating with patients and families in developing an individualized treatment plan that will specifically address identified areas of concern. Responsible for collaborating with the Montgomery County Juvenile Court and other community partners to provide services and link court-involved youth with mental health care. Responsible for assisting patients and their families in understanding ways to effectively manage symptoms and behaviors attributed to the identified behavioral health diagnosis (es).
