Description Position Overview: The School of Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a part-time Lecturer focused on emotional intelligence, health, and well-being. This position will contribute to the School’s educational mission and student support initiatives by integrating teaching, program development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Working closely with the Assistant Dean for Health Affairs and Well-Being, the individual in this role will support initiatives that advance emotional health, resilience, and wellness among students and the broader university community. The position will also foster collaborations across the University of Texas at Austin, including partnerships with Dell Medical School and other campus units engaged in health promotion, behavioral health, and student well-being. This appointment is a half-time position (20 hours per week) and includes teaching responsibilities as well as leadership and coordination of well-being initiatives within the School of Social Work.
