Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation: Overview: Physical Therapist- Flexible/PRN - San Antonio, TX - Rehab Without Walls Neurorehabilitation What you will do: - Serve as the 'primary treating therapist' from evaluation to discharge (15-20 hrs; 3 days/ per week) - Provide functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home or in the community - Treat your client beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking, grocery shopping, outdoor activities, and more! - Collaborate and co-treat on as part of a dynamic rehab team What you will receive: - Flexible Schedule Created by You - Paid per hour (not just per visit) - In-Person, 1:1 therapy with indirect services from home (documentation/communication) - Continuity of Care as the Primary Therapist from Eval to Discharge - Team collaboration & Co-Treats - Drive Time reimbursed at your clinical rate + Mileage Reimbursement - No weekend shifts - Educational Program Access - Growth/Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities: What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: - Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans - Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment pl...
