Description C&C Boiler Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our safety initiatives across our service and project teams. This role will assist in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and supporting field operations with day-to-day safety needs. C&C Boiler specializes in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products, including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment. We provide sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist in implementing and maintaining safety programs in accordance with OSHA standards - Support job site safety inspections and help reinforce safe work practices in the field - Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings with field teams - Assist with maintaining safety documentation, logs, and compliance records (including OSHA reporting support) - Help review subcontractor safety plans and ensure alignment with company standards - Support incident and near-miss in...
