What you'll do: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: - Supervising and delegating employee’s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Humboldt Co-op's policies and procedures. - Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching - Onboarding and training new staff - Demonstrating leadership in the operation of Point-of-Sale system. - General Liquor Store duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS system - Other duties as assigned.
