What You’ll Do: The SBA Lending Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the credit union’s Government Guaranteed Loan (GGL) portfolio, including SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs. This role oversees SBA lending production, manages SBA Business Development Officers, and builds relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, referral partners, and community organizations. The SBA Lending Manager ensures that all lending activities comply with SBA guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the credit union’s policies while supporting the financial success of members.
