About the role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support critical day-to-day logistics and operational functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuity of operations across linehaul and warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input, maintain, and manage operational data across internal logs, systems, and documentation - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards and procedures - Manage professional email correspondence with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners - Support daily logistics operations, including coordination and monitoring of linehaul activities - Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments, update statuses, and maintain operational visibility (training provided) - Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow execution - Follow established processes and standard operating procedures with a h...
