They provide impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by managing and delivering new hire role-based training and other professional/personal development training. Their efforts involve monitoring the implementation of initiatives while partnering with designers, educators, subject matter experts, learning analysts and leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Delivery - Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
