What you’ll be doing: As Legal Counsel at Virgin Australia, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the business, partnering with teams across the organisation to provide commercially pragmatic legal support that helps keep us moving forward. You’ll play a key role in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, reviewing marketing and promotional content, advising on litigation matters and helping the business confidently navigate legal risk across areas including consumer, competition privacy and spam law Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide innovative and solutions focused legal advice to support Virgin Australia achieve its strategic initiatives. .
