Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: POSITION PURPOSE Provides the clinical and operational oversight of Consult Liaison telehealth services grant to assist patient and their support systems throughout the treatment process. This position is responsible for coordination of the services which includes clinical workflow development, training and education to colleagues, collaboration with both internal and external teams, and data collection and reporting. This position does have a service component. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintains good rapport and cooperative relationships. Approaches conflict in a constructive manner. Helps to identify problems, offer solutions, and participate in their resolution. 2. Maintains the confidentiality of information acquired pertaining to patient, physicians, colleagues, and visitors to Trinity Health. Discusses patient and hospital information only among appropriate personnel in appropriately private places. 3.
