IS Program Manager 260000Y7 Description Program Focus: Clinical Pathways & Process Standardization The IS Program Manager - Clinical Pathways will lead the development and operationalization of a system-wide clinical pathways program, with an emphasis on standardizing care delivery, improving outcomes, and reducing unwarranted variation. The Program Manager will establish and govern structured processes for clinical content intake, review, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practice and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include driving the design and lifecycle management of order sets and related clinical decision support tools, partnering with clinical, informatics, and information services stakeholders to ensure seamless integration within the EHR and ancillary systems. The role will also oversee workflow harmonization across service lines, ensuring scalable, repeatable processes that support quality, safety, and efficiency.
