As a Project Manage r, you’ll oversee the day-to-day construction management efforts of projects big and small. Budgeting, field operations, safety, quality control and scheduling are all part of your talent toolbox. Your expertise, work ethic, attention to detail and versatility will form the foundation of every build. Qualifications: - Prepare and oversee the process of issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, monthly payment requests. - Prepare, distribute and track RFI’s, CB’s, RFP’s or other change issue documentation. - In collaboration with Superintendent, create a detailed project schedule, update as project progresses and distribute on regular intervals to all project stakeholders. - Manage all close out activities including but not limited to creation, distribution and tracking of punch lists, O&M and owner training, change order...
