Fleet & Vehicles Coordinator

Job description

Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Mobile Warehousing and Transportation Manager, this individual will inspect vehicles, generators, and ensure maintenance completion of vehicles by performing maintenance or coordinating the scheduling of maintenance. Advises decision makers on issues related to maintenance of vehicles, DOT compliance, and OSHA regulations. Ensures safety standards are being met in all vehicle areas. Essential Functions: - Interprets and adheres to all regulatory standards including but not limited to DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA. - Ensures organization compliance with DOT regulations to include ensuring DOT inspections are accurate. - Gathers, inspects, and files all fleet documentation including ensuring DOT inspections are accurate including resolving issues with manager as needed. - Schedules and/or provides vehicle maintenance, including unexpected repairs, support for all vehicles leased or owned including documentation. - Maintains a clean and safe work environment for all vehicle areas. - Functions as a driver for blood collection operations.
