Description POSITION: SALES COORDINATOR - AFTERMARKET: CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME / NON-EXEMPT: LOCATION: HAYWARD: Summary/Objective: The Sales Coordinator - Aftermarket will work closely with the R.F. MacDonald Co. Aftermarket Sales teams, inclusive of vendors and customers. The primary responsibility is to monitor data and reports, utilization of software systems (i.e. FieldCentrix, Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics) . The successful candidate must be organized and work proactively within the Sales process and Operations of RFM. This position identifies potential clients, maintains order databases, and update prospect lists. In addition, the role involves assisting the sales team and providing essential support for effective sales operations. The individual will be required to research best practices in customer service and sales support functions. Tracking developing trends, as well as analyzing and interpreting sales metrics against team goals is essential in the position. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
