Program Manager, Digital Deposits Role Overview: The Deposit Program Manager is a senior execution leader responsible for translating Citizens deposit and household digital growth strategy into disciplined, measurable delivery. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Household Growth team, owning execution across two to three concurrent digital sales oriented workstreams spanning acquisition, onboarding, and relationship deepening. Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance management, this individual ensures complex cross functional initiatives move from concept to launch with clarity, accountability, and speed. The role is ideal for a seasoned digital program leader who thrives in matrixed environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and consistently delivers results in a regulated financial services environment.
