Lead Nursing Across Our Community Hospital As our Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll have broad ownership of nursing operations across both our Emergency Room and Inpatient units. In a 20-bed community hospital, you're not siloed; you're connected to the full patient journey. You'll manage staffing, compliance, scheduling, and performance for both departments, work closely with the Director of Nursing, and step onto the ER floor when the team needs you most.
