Job description

Responsibilities: - Perform routine preventative maintenance across store systems - Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general facility issues - Respond quickly to store maintenance concerns - Track and close out work orders using our ticketing system - Identify ways to improve equipment performance and longevity - Communicate consistently with store teams and the maintenance team Qualifications: - Basic experience in one or more trades: plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or general handyman work - Willingness to learn additional trades and grow into a well-rounded technician - Comfort using mobile devices and digital systems to track work - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adjust priorities based on urgent repair needs Schedule: based on business need you return home - Primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for off-hours, weekends, and early or late shifts - Rotating on-call schedule, including weekends - On-call pay starts when dispatched: clock in when leaving for the job (drive time included), clock out when - Overtime opportunities available base...
