CNC Programmer Job Summary: The CNC Programmer is responsible for creating, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs for production parts across milling and turning platforms. CNC Programmer Responsibilities: - Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam or equivalent CAM software - Develop efficient toolpaths, speeds/feeds, and workholding strategies - Support initial setups and prove-out of new programs on the floor - Diagnose and resolve machining issues related to tooling, programs, or setup - Implement mistake-proofing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste - Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve tool life - All other duties as assigned by management CNC Pro...
