Duties and Responsibilities: The Specialty Technician – Shop Support performs a variety of advanced production duties while adhering to Caterpillar’s core values of integrity, excellence, teamwork, commitment, and sustainability. The Specialty Technician will effectively interact and communicate with facility management, manufacturing engineers and production employees to help ensure and improve processes within the facility.
