About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the Retail Support Centre (RSC) based in St Kilda . Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from suppliers to stores across Australia and New Zealand. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week , ideally spread across four days , ie. Monday - Thursday. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with suppliers to meet ex-factory shipping dates - Liaise with freight forwarders and local agents to manage international and domestic freight - Negotiate shipping schedules and details - Ensure timely dispatch of stock to stores - Expedite deliveries to meet planned timelines - Prepare templates with style numbers and product information - Collaborate with internal stakeholders including buyers, l...
