We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as AI Capabilities Execution Lead. This pivotal role will spearhead the strategic implementation and adoption of AI-driven horizontal capabilities, with an initial and primary focus on Intelligent Knowledge Management (IKM) and integrated chatbot solutions. The successful candidate will drive the successful deployment and scaling of these critical initiatives across Operations teams, Product, Technology, and the broader Enterprise functions. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of translating complex AI strategies into tangible operational improvements, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering measurable value. The SVP will work collaboratively with diverse senior stakeholders to build a cohesive, AI-powered knowledge ecosystem that enhances efficiency, mitigates risk, and accelerates time-to-competency across the firm.
