About the Position: The ERP Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading a dual-phase enterprise systems program to stabilise and improve current finance and HR platforms and to develop an evidence-based pathway for future ERP direction, in order to restore operational confidence and support strategic institutional decision-making This position incorporates leadership of a small team of internal Workday resources , leads end-to-end program planning, governance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and delivery assurance across Finance, Information Technology Services, People and Culture and Procurement. The role spans immediate remediation of Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning working with a Workday partner and subsequent structured scoping, options analysis and migration planning for potential replacement of enterprise platforms.
