WE BELIEVE IN THE TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF COMFORT: Job Summary: This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job involving independent or team-based work to hand-build quality upholstered furniture. Drive, urgency, and self-motivation are needed to meet daily production goals. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting and moving at least 50 lbs, and using hands to grip, pull, and handle materials. Comfort with power tools, framing, and staple guns is essential. Monday - Thursday 4 PM -2:30 with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Your pay is based on your productivity. You will have daily and weekly production goals you must meet.
