This role is ideal for candidates who: Can adapt to a flexible work schedule (whether it's providing single-day or long-term coverage) Can work across various grade levels and subject areas Can ensure continuity of learning by maintaining a positive, productive classroom environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Possess classroom management, adaptability, and instructional skills in dynamic settings. Can collaborate with school staff and administrators for guidance and resources when needed.
